Cold Fusion
Single-handed string tricks. One yoyo, usually one that does NOT come back on a tug. You land it on strings and move it through different shapes. This is the biggest modern style.
How to do it
- Start from Double or Nothing.
- Roll into a 1.5-style position.
- Send the yoyo through the middle hole in the strings.
- Move into another mount, like trapeze or undermount.
- Dismount.
Tips
Watch the strings carefully. Cold Fusion fails if the yoyo lands on the wrong string.
The physics
You're rearranging which string is supporting the yoyo without making any tangles.
