Over-Under Boingy
Single-handed string tricks. One yoyo, usually one that does NOT come back on a tug. You land it on strings and move it through different shapes. This is the biggest modern style.
How to do it
- Get into a mount that works for boings.
- Bounce the yoyo so it goes OVER one string and UNDER the next.
- Keep the same rhythm even as you switch sides.
- Exit when steady.
Tips
Don't change your rhythm just because the yoyo is moving sideways.
The physics
Same bouncing rhythm as Boingy-Boing, but the yoyo is being held up by different strings on each bounce.
